On the 4th and 5th of September, were travel days - first to Cambridge and then solo to Spain the next day. My destination was Estella, where I was to meet my mother on her Camino pilgrimage. It turned out to be an unexpectedly long and challenging day, filled with delayed flights, sprinting through the airport, and rushing to catch my train.
Upon arriving at a small town where Google Maps had directed me, I discovered that the bus I was counting on simply didn't exist. Fortunately, after much help from Google Translate, I managed to catch a train and then a taxi, finally reaching Estella late at night in the pouring rain. Seeing my mother made every moment of the exhausting day worth it.
